Data Privacy: Your privacy is paramount. Our coaching relationship is built on trust, and I am committed to keeping your information safe and our conversations confidential. Basic contact information (name, email, phone) is collected to manage our sessions and communications.
The information is used to provide coaching services, schedule, bill, and conduct essential communication. I use reasonable measures to protect your data from loss or unauthorised access. You can ask to see, correct, or request deletion of your data.
For training, certification and ongoing supervision, I am periodically required to provide voice recordings and transcripts of sessions for review of my professional capabilities. If I would like to record your session for this purpose, I will request your permission at the beginning of the session. You are under no obligation to accept being recorded.
