About LifeUnwound

Oxford English Dictionary - Unwound. Past tense of unwind: to undo something that is coiled or wrapped, or to relax after a period of tension. ("Unwound" in the figurative sense as “to un wound” or “reverse time and the emotional consequences of past actions”).

This site is a space to change and unravel the past to move forward. I’m a coach and writer, with a focus on well-being, personal growth, and transformation. On this site, I offer my coaching services.

I am passionate about free creative expression and building connections with those around me. I want to make a net-positive contribution to the people I meet and the planet. I grew up in Zambia, before moving to the UK when I was eleven. I have worked and lived in many places in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. I currently move between Brussels, London, and Tuscany. This gives me cultural sensitivity and an international perspective. I speak English, French, and Italian.

I am a defender of male vulnerability, the right to authentically express myself, and the right to use literary expression by loading my website name with two meanings: to unwind and unwound life and move forward. 😄
